INTRODUCTION
Multicultural Clinical Social Work
This is a capstone project from the North Carolina A & T State University & the University of North Carolina - Greensboro JMSW Program. I have been proud to call myself an Aggie, under the Direction of Jeffrey K. Shears, Ph.D. and instruction from all the faculty. It has been a privilege to develop an understanding of the work needed to transform the constructs of systemic oppression with the promise and resilience of multiculturalism. My cohort has inspired me by their passion and willingness to "be the change in the world". We celebrated new life, love and marriage, and mourned for the losses of loved ones. Robby Wheatley shared his generous and courageous spirit, the love of his wife, family and fellow man, and his determination to make a difference. We helped each other grow and supported one another throughout this academic journey. I am in gratitude and solidarity, prepared to endeavor in this mission, practice and profession of social work.

MULTICULTURALISM
Vive la difference!
Multiculturalism is a cornerstone of my profession as a clinical social worker. Our modern world is full of many identities and cultures. Individual experience and circumstances are unique. I give you respect and unconditional positive regard while you teach me about your BEST.
